CHEF NICK WAGNER
'The beauty of being a chef is that you never stop learning and the possibilities of creating new and exciting dishes are endless'.

Nick has been a professional chef for over 12 years. He studied professional cookery at the world-renowned Westminster Kingsway College in London. After completing a three-year full time course, he walked away with a Diploma in Professional cookery endorsed by the 'Craft Guild of Chefs'.


He started his professional career in London working for some of the cities most prestigious 5 star hotels, restaurants and some of Londons leading private event companies, where he continued to learn and further himself as a chef, refining his culinary skills, and learn more about the hospitality industry.
After working in London for several years in a variety of different sectors within the industry. Nick decided it was time for him to take his passion for food and service and explore the world.
Nick traveled to Australia to gain experience and knowledge in different cuisines and cultures. He worked at 5 star resorts and in high-end restaurants on Fraser Island, Hamilton Island and in eco-friendly resorts in Northern Queenlands' Cape Tribulation.

Nick has been working as a chef in the yachting industry since 2009, He has travelled to many parts of the world and has experience in provisioning in some of the most remote locations and cooking for large numbers of crew and for some of the worlds' most high profile clientelle.
